it's not a dojin. it is one of the colorful bleach omake by Kubo. not sure which issue of Jump it wa sin but it is one of the latest I've found. I found what I belive is the set up to this. sorry but there isn't a translation.

This artist is really good. He made me remember how sexy both of these 2 are. One of the hottest anime couples i've yet to see.

if those top two frames are original (they certainly look good enough to be), then excuse my ignorance i never read this early in the manga.
