I did play with your psd.. its doable, altho I cropped off Nakochi and extended the scene so Ohana went off scene totally... but at 140x120 .. Its not really good usable sig. Still tweaking tho, but geh...

Well Gosick is from past season, but indeed this spring is really good with two shows I love in particular.

I tried to do that too (one character and having her go out of screen) though I didn't like the result and throw off the whole idea. Overall I'd say there's too much work to do.. to obtain very little.. hence pass

Speaking of signatures requiring work, this one had a completely moving background so I had to fix it frame per frame :



Still not perfect but at least decent, considering it has 8 frames and 256 colours too (looked bad @ 128). Ah, she's Homura from Madoka Magica for those unfamiliar with the series.

You didnt do 2 good scenes for Ohana.. her expression on getting her salary and the one where she have poked her uncle's forehead?

And the scene where she dropped on Minchi from her bed.. thats a good sig material

Well I can't gif everything , anyway I missed the expression about her salary, but made the scene right after when she says to Nako: "working is good, isn't it?". The poke scene didn't look as easy gif material, the fingers are in the middle of the screen, but then when it goes to Ohana and uncle she's at the extreme left and he's at the extreme right. Cropping where? ^^ As for the bed scene, I have already done a similar scene in episode 4. Also very dark, nightly scenes where you need to do a lot of adjustments don't look very good.

Just a random question, Pelly, if I may...

How exactly does one rip animated gifs from an episode of anime? I've heard of people doing it before, as a friend of mine has done it once. How exactly does it work? What programs are required? I've been curious, since I've wanted to create my own avatars for awhile.
