What I felt was the most powerful scene: Nagisa clinging to Miyuki from behind. I guess she's one of these you always feel like running to if you're sad. Comforting without really saying a word, or doing anything.

About the Drama CD, I read the summary earlier and realized I have to get it. Has anyone done a detailed line-by-line translation of it? I had nothing better to do so I tested the intro portion before Nagisa announces the title...

One of the physical signs that you are close to someone, is that you will share that person's bacteria.

For example, you have the same bacteria in your mouth as any and everyone else you are living with, like your parents, siblings, roommates, lover, children, etc. (Thus it's pointless to have separate toothbrushes other than for psychological effects.)

Getting new commensal bacteria from your love-interest is an unavoidable part of a romantic relationship. Those who worry too much of hygiene would never get anywhere.

Finally, Nagisa understood what happened on not only Shizuma and Kaori but also Miyuki, who is seemingly a bystander but actually is a faithful plotter. And now, Nagisa is going to know about another faithful person, who is always with her, so that she even forgot the fact that she doesn't know much of her. <sigh>

Hell its not just Tamao their all going to need counseling after leaving a school with all girls with no male influence around. Just wait till they all get into the real world and discover MEN now thats something i liked to be around for

But seriously i think that Tamao did walk in on that kiss the first thing she would do is try to support Nagisa she would bottle all her feelings up and if she does that enough BOOM a Shizuma is born. I cant see Tamao fighting Shizuma for Nagisa (even though a cat fight would kick ass) she just doesnt have it in her, shes great at a support role if you notice she never really takes the forefront her self she pushes others to follow their dreams and express their feelings. I love her as a charcter shes funny and very cute but there is just something about Shizuma that just makes me like her more.

I downloaded the 2nd OP this morning god i love it i have been listening to it on my Ipod all day, I think Misato Aki has a great voice

Blasphemy! They shall be assigned to various yuri-yuri enclaves around the country, not at all unlike the Miator girl's school.

Looks like all the pairings in this show will end up as older/younger girl, so that might be the reason why Tomoe and Nagisa seem a bit weird... The only exception so far is that villain couple, if they are from the same grade.

I wonder who Rokujou will end up with. Tamao and Chiyo might have to share their Nagisa tragedy amongst themselves...

Episode 19 is very heart crushing. Poor Shizuma - so before Kaori ever entered Maitre she's already dying?

This episode was very and stress very well done. It was hard for me to be happy doing this episode of the sadness in it. The raw emotion from Kaori and Shizuma was great. I had never thought that Kaori was already dying even before she entered St. Miatre. I was under the impression that Kaori's death was sudden, weve come to find out that Shizuma had to watch her deteroriate that was truly heart breaking. I think the writers have doen a great job slowly telling the Kaori story and they did perfectly. I even felt for Myuki since like Shizuma she had to watch Kaori slowly die.

This back story shows a lot of why Shizuma has kept her heart closed for 2 years now. SHe even said to Miyuki that no one but Kaori could be Etolie with her. From my count we have only seen Shizuma cry twice in this series and they have pretty much been back to back. Nagisa is very much overwhelmed right now she finally knows the story but you can tell its not what she expected. Miyuki says she has imposed an impossible task upon her and also that she has placed all her hope on Nagisa. Thats a heavy burden to bare i dont think the task is impossible if anyone can do it i believe Nagisa can.

On a happier note the total lustful make out scene with Kaori and Shizuma was freakin hot that and this scene managed to put a smile on my face.Nature vs nurture how about both. if anyone wants to make a SIG for me out of this please do.

That's why they go back to the school? That teacher they have, the only one I ever saw in this entire series, was a Miatre graduate, they said. j/k Reference to the ep of "the girl crying in the hall way" or something like that and ep 13, too.
