According to an LN reader that is how it ends. That's the ending mind you, the final volume is similar to the OVA

May I ask what image it was that you linked? It seems to be 404'd.

And wait. Just to clarify, so is the LN a good ending or a bad ending then? You guys mentioned he lost all his SAN points when he's with Nyaruko, but like... he doesn't LITERALLY basically go insane right (as most humans would in the Cthulhu Mythos)?

tl;dr: Does he lose them all in a good or bad way?

The image was of the page from the final LN of when he had 'fun' with her in bed. He wasn't that great the in the morning at breakfast. In a way it's a good ending to the series. Though not for his human mind. Oh well.
