Reading some of the comments from another forum, it seems like viewers there didn't quite like how Enlightenment Paladin came to be. It seemed less of a special card and wasn't derived from some special place/gift/action etc. Considering it is another of Yuya's ace monsters, I quite agree with their sentiment. So how big will the commons hate for Yuya be next week do you think? It's because they think he's working together with Jean right? Also wonder what Yuya and Sora will talk about next week, and will Yuya meet Yuzu while he's outside the battle palace I wonder?

Also I wonder what Jean will say to Yuya in episode 81 to try to get Yuya to help him.

Even so the way he got it is kind of similar to how he got Rune-Eyes, he drew Polymerization and saw a vision of him, he had used Tuning magician and with her then saw a vision on how to bring out Enlightment Paladin, so if it's disappointing then it would have been the same with Rune-Eyes, as far as I can see, the only difference between them is that it didn't come a glow from his extra deck when he summoned Enlightment Paladin like it did when he summoned Rune-Eyes.

Also why did Jack suddenly get a smirk on his face in the episode?

I think it was a smile. Yuya did use Tuning Magician to win the match.

Wow, this dimension just keeps annoying me to no end. I hope these writers will go some where with this, cuz I hate how much they keep trashing Yuya. Things finally look up for him than boom, Yuzu gets nearly killed in the dual and now Rodger is going to make the common people hate him. It's the heck Arc V people?

Oh well, at least Jack looked satisfied and finally looking eager to dual him. I congratulate Yuya for defeating Shinji, that guy deserved it. I enjoyed the dual, one of my favorite Yuya ones.

Funny, if Yuya summoned Dark Rebellion instead of Paladin, Jean Rogers might not confront Yuya to congratulate him for winning the match.
But when I think about it cards like Xyz Dragon is what Shinji actually needs if he wanted to rebel against the Tops, so fitting card for him ironically.

In the Manzai episode Shun finds interested in Jack, Crow, and Yugo of the Synchro Dimension Duelists.
But says Shinji's rebellion is naive compared to his war in Heartland and does not have the overwhelming power to crush the opponents.

i agree i hate this dimension and i hope the academia troopes will dominate some of the places in this dimension like they did with the xyz dimension leave it in ruins

Predictable duel overall but it was clever (and risky) for what Yuya did with that Tuner Magician. The irony of Yuya using a synchro monster against Shinji though....

Anyways, I hope we get to see more of Yuzu soon.
I' m still kinda worried about her.

I liked Shinji in this first duel but right here in this duel he just kept saying the same shit and it was annoying. He viva la revolution is nothing compared to Kurosaki's

Also, LOL @ Jack's smile. That came out of no where, especially with how Jack in this entire season haven't smiled at all... I think this is his first smile of the Arc-V series.

It would have been clever if he had any idea of that synchro monster but he didnt. He just found it out during the duel so it wasnt clever just lucky for some kind of connection with the cards like the cado no kokoro of yugi. Actually i was expecting the dark rebellion with that card he would have won the duel anyways removing the overlay units and absorbing dmg.

Yuya beat Shinji by using clear mind. Yusei would so so proud if he was around to see it. Still Yuya's use of Tuner Magician was clever, though it was risky too.

Looks like Yuya just unwittingly became the representative of the Tops. He is not winning the crowd over to his side. Also if Roger wasn't too interested in Yuya before, he sure is now. Though on the plus side Yuya did get Jack to smile.

It was nice to see Serena and Sam worrying about Yuya throughout the duel.

i actually had a hope Ono will reintrocued Bruno or Antinomy as character replaced Yusei position but Shinji was alright character i give my credit for his fight against Yuya

But the problem is that Dark Rebellion only works with Monsters that is under Level 8, so Hama would not be effect about it (That is the reason why he lost versus his rival). That is the reason why he will have problems with Jack monsters as well.

But Yusei would be proud of Yuya in this episode, but he is going to be suffering again next week.

By the way, The City needs to be taken over and carded.

In the anime, Dark Rebellion works on level 5 and higher, you are thinking of Odd-eyes Rebellion, which works on level 7 and lower.
