Yeah Isen was the one dude who was very careful about not pissing him off for a while now, and even in this chapter he surrendered as soon as he realised it was John so this was hard to enjoy.

We need more details on his ability.

John is a retard, there have been opportunities for him to pull people to his side other than the main heroine but all he does is act like an asshole and then expect people to do what he tells them to. Predictably, no one wants to help him when he does have a problem

Though to be fair Isen is no saint. He deceived John in the past and even broke his arm back when he still thought John was a cripple.

He eventually became more likable but I could understand why John wouldn't want to trust him.

Not long ago he was betrayed by Arlo, was about to humiliated to near dying if him didnt fight back, the whole school treated him as crap for his cripple status. Two chapter ago he got blasted off by rooftop lad for no reason and got mass beaten by bunch of jerk students.
Seraphina is the only one who care to John that is why he only care to her. After Arlo betrayal John has loss trust for anyone Seraphine is the only beacon who keep John humanity intact.

If you in John shoe what would do? Can you being nice to people who before you greet already confiscated your human right as trash because cripple status.

John was King in middle school but his personality flaws made the others rebel against him. Then he read a book which inspired him greatly and it became his bible but that was just John wallpapering his personal flaws over with the ideals mentioned in the book. When the time came for his professed ideals to be put to the test, they collapsed leaving behind his personality flaws. He's got the power but he sure as hell doesn't know how to use it. He either acts like a tyrant or a punching bag. He is incapable of finding a middle ground for example look at how he acted towards the redhead guy who sincerely apologised to him and tried to be friends with him.

so after the talk with Remi, Remi and the 2 dunces decide they dont have to beat John, they just have to unmask him, so Remi shows up to the fight while the 2 dudebros are in a building afar, sniping.
John shows up with Zeke's ability, phases through her lighthing, and lp and behold we get black lighting, John smacks Remi through a wall, and climbs the building where the 2 dudebros are, takes them out too and prepares to end Remi with some unholy missiles, when Arlo's barrier stops them, slightly before that Arlo tells one of his gophers that he makes sure Sera is watching him fight Joker, so shits about to hit the fan
John really hurt but with a fuckton of habilities (lighting, phasing, laser, hunter, barrier) vs the Royals.

ikr, but i am pessimit this will happen. Uru-chan is western author, unlike eastern author (japan and south korean) they are not fond to writes harem/ multiple love interest, there are some into it but most i see prefer one serious relationship. I saw in Uru-chan Instagram she made a lot pictures of John with Seraphina and Remi with damn Bleak.

Unless Uru-chan is weaboo my expectation is low
