It also sucked because it had Seiji Kishi, whose directorial skills sucks outside of comedy.

Yeah I think aniplex only wanted to fund one cour.

Just like I doubt JC staff has much to say about how long the LB anime will be,that'll just depend on the budget Warner will give them.

Well its not like warner has never done a long anime before since (apparently) they were the ones producing HXH's old anime so theres hope for LB to be four cours at most.

I remember it coming up before that the guy doing series composition has some high quality long running shows under his belt.

Oh yeah. The people who think J.C. Staff can't adapt VNs well might have a slightly better argument now that Arcana Famiglia, their first VN adaptation in 9 years, has gotten a rather poor reception.

But how good Little Busters will be all really hinges on the staff and the budget, which might not be the same as Arcana Famiglia.

I think its not aniplex or pa works fault that Angel beats is so darn bad that its good.

I read before that its originally set for 1 cour season but the writer of it (not sure if writer but its Jun right) or rather the one with the story board or something. But the main point is the story that was written was longer than what 1 cour could adapt thus its been cramped into something like that. To amend their faults they decide to do a game for it.

To many jinx on LB! and its not even starting yet and a pv made by JC wasn't shown yet. Even their character designs for all characters aren't shown yet.

It was announced previously that the music from the game will be used in the anime, so I don't think there will be a separate composer for the anime.

^^ Music from the game or not, CLANNAD (And more so in the AS) had some sort of remix/re-arrange for each song, which gave it a nice tone for the moment.

I remember an episode from the AS when

Spoiler for CLANNAD AFTERSTORY SPOILERS:

It had a nice re-arranged tune. I want to see what can be done to remaster the already great OST that Key brought forth.

PS: If the show does indeed air in Fall 2012 (My spring, woohooo for south america?) We are almost 2 months away... It seems like yesterday that we found out that the Little Busters! Game had been translated 100%, then it was announced that the anime was in the works... god it's been a long haul.

They wanted to make it a multi-media project so not everything was in the anime, sucks for us but we aren't the intended viewer/audience.

No new music arranges were made for the Clannad anime. The arranged songs were from the numerous arrange albums that Key Sounds label already had released way before the anime.

They might use the arrange albums for Little Busters too but I hope not since they're not as good as Clannad's.
