In minor ongoing looming disaster news, my current BMI is 27, considered "mildly overweight" by the chart which does not take muscularity or body fat percentage into consideration. However:

I have a lower BMI than 68% of males aged 45-59 in the USA.

I have a higher BMI than 70% of males aged 45-59 in the world.

35.7% of all U.S. adults are obese. Nearly 20% of children are obese. Obesity is defined as having a BMI of 30 or higher.

Think about how appalling the numbers are for a moment with the coming onslaught of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease states, and secondary complications. Get up and move faster because universal healthcare or not - it will bankrupt the economy. (data from CDC and BBC)

Iran says captures two U.S.-made miniature surveillance drones
http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/...9010EV20130102
At least for the RQ170, they endded up showing it to prove their claim.

Not to mention #3... the internet treats censorship like a malfunction and naturally routes around it.

Of course they would be easily captured. The previous one they captured, the ScanEagle, is a commercial fishery UAV repurposed for military usage.

They are trying to keep up with their jackpot claim of the RQ170, which is a major intelligence loss for the US. It is a image maintenance thing they are trying to do.

What is worrying is the actual HUMINT and real operations that might be given a green light, conducted by CIA-Mossad and the MEK. China may be pulled in like the Korean War.

Why don't you ask your OGA ex-colleagues to test their wide-scale EMP weapons over the districts with the most number of obese people? With all their electronics and cars out, they would have to WALK to the nearest store to get their food, right?

Especially places where they used only electricity for heating (no gas), there are practically no trees or game animals for 25 miles to use as fuel and food once the canned and dry goods stocks run out.

It is before they bring in the backup power. 12-24 hours without power should do them some good.

Yeah, and both BMI and body fat percentage (the latter being a much better indicator of health) fail to properly notify those people who consume junk all day long and don't gain weight that they're probably not going to have a very healthy future, either.

F.B.I. Counterterrorism Agents Monitored Occupy Movement

Quote:
WASHINGTON — The Federal Bureau of Investigation used counterterrorism agents to investigate the Occupy Wall Street movement, including its communications and planning, according to newly disclosed agency records.
The F.B.I. records show that as early as September 2011, an agent from a counterterrorism task force in New York notified officials of two landmarks in Lower Manhattan — Federal Hall and the Museum of American Finance — “that their building was identified as a point of interest for the Occupy Wall Street.”

She isn't dropping it, even if the Falklands don't want to be part of Argentina.

A complete tragedy.

He used at least two firearms - an old Swiss army carbine and a rifle capable of firing lead shot - even though his weapons had been seized and destroyed in 2005, and he was not currently listed as having any guns.
If you include the fact this guy was apparently drunk while doing this, it certainly sounds this was an extremely dysfunctional individual.

One thing should be considered though, is that despite the extremely high gun ownership rate in Switzerland by international standards, their murder rate is significantly lower than the United Kingdom.

-White people steal land from native inhabitants
-Other group of white people take marginal island from them
-First group of white people think this is an unprecedented travesty and demand land back even centuries later

I don't much care for the particulars of what happened on the Falklands. It was centuries ago, England has squatters rights and has demonstrated the ability to defend it, the current local yokels wanna stay with the UK and the Argentinians are bloody hypocrites if they think they're not a country for the exact same reasons.
