Not necessarily. While being his queen is a important position, it doesn't necessarily equate to her accompanying him the most. He could easily have all his servants accompany him in equal measure. For example, Rias' was accompanied by Kiba in Volume 14 when she went to the vampire's country. And you're assuming Ingvild won't have some kind of job or position other than being Issei's queen.

That could be likely with Ravel but the question is why didn't Ravel have his first child if that was the case? It's not like being his manager requires her to be near him 24/7.

The queen is important because of the fact that the queen is typically the king's most powerful servant because of its high piece value. So they can accompany their king kind of like a bodyguard or attendant. But that role isn't solely reserved for the queen alone. The queen is just a piece and a role not some kind of actual position.

Is crazy thing that if the Malebranche could classified as really living being than one of them could be a female that could end up in Issei's harem and peerage after be defeated by him?

Ishi always as put at least a female in the group of villains.

Issei is most likely going to face Euclid and not a female Malebranche. Not to mention, Issei is usually portrayed to be overpowered against women with Pailingual on its own, let alone his other techniques.

So I doubt a female Malebranche could put up much of a fight.

I was thinking that maybe Issei could either fight Euclide and a female Malebranche in different occassion.

For what concern Palingual and others oppai-techique maybe the female Malebranche could counter it cause she could turn into a weapon or in something else that don't have breast.

I have though that the Malebranche maybe she have different forms 4: a human form, the statue form, the weapon form and a fighting form that turn them into monstrous beings and unleashed their full power.

The queen is essential on official business. Rias going to the vampire kingdom wasn’t quite official. The speedy Kiba would’ve been essential if she needed a quick escape without making the situation impossible going forward. Whereas Akeno would’ve been more appropriate to slaughter them if the need arises. Ravel sets official schedules for Issei. Having Ingvild there as his queen would help detour potential political complications.

She feels like a combination of Ashia's quietness and Rosewiesse's capabilities in magic despite not adept in all aspects of magic yet.

Me personally, she's the one in the harem that's always using 80% of her brain, initially I thought that she would just be the stereotypical oujo-sama but no, she actually pulls her own weight and is the brains behind strategies in the tournaments.
