Second episode in a row with two almost identical halves starring different voice actors. I wonder when Mikako Komatsu and Sumire Uesaka are finally going to debut. Or were they trolling us when those two were announced as the regular voice actresses for Popuko and Pipimi?

I don't know whether its part of the skit or its real as both of them is possibility.

My take on this is that both sets of voice actors involved in this bit were informed ahead of time of the live-action skit, but to make it feel like they were actually arguing with the voice director, didn't receive any specific script for the scene (just some basic details what the scene is supposed to be about) and were told to improvise the bit on the spot.
