If you ask me, I think the "rule of cool" is more present in this game than moe is.
Not to say that it's totally absent considering the fetish-catering alternate costumes and light implied yuri scenes, but an apocalyptic alien invasion with gigantic deadly mechs squaring off against a limited amount of resisting armed forces isn't really the most convincing setup for something that's "moe".

i do hope they will add an option in switching from English Dub to Japanese Dub like in BlazBlue Continuum Shift II or more better keep the original voices but if it's completely English Dub well >.<

I can't help but grin silly at these lines.
Stella: Come in, Nana! There's only us 2 left in this world. Ynfe: Hey, we are here too. Stella: Shut up you alien! xD

Personally I'd like to see a dub. Mostly out of curiosity of which voice actress they'll choose for BRS, but secondly because of the setting in destroyed American cities it'd be more realistic too.
Also guys, not everyone here has played the game yet (like me), so I'd appreciate it if you didn't talk about plot without spoiler tags. At least until the localized game is released. I don't know who Stella is and I don't want to know right now.

Destroyed american cities? The entire WORLD is destroyed. Look at the ground in Moscow, the entire country was basically frozen and your walking on it.
And that's only the 2 smallest stages, the rest of the game takes place all over the world. Japan gets 2 larger stages, and Tokyo got eaten by the city eater. Also the moon, and inferior dubs, etc. |

What did I just say mate? I haven't played the game yet so I don't know anything more than what I've seen in previews. The only places I've seen in the previews are destroyed American cities. (I didn't doubt the rest of the world was affected either, since it is an apocalypse.)
Not to mention that if that it is where the game starts like you say, wouldn't that say something about where BRS was in stasis? And dubs being inferior is for the most part entirely subjective. I don't dislike Japanese voice tracks, but I'm not Japanese so I can live without it.
