As far as I can see, you are requesting a signature and a static avatar matching with the signature. Hence this request really doesn't belong here.
The better thing I can do is to re-adress you at our Workshop for Avatars, Signatures, etc. (ChibiWorkshop v2) , where you will most likely find someone fulfilling your request.

Saw your reference to this request over at Rozen Maiden: Traumend's thread, and I tackled the episode 10 GIFs regarding Hina:

The first GIF of the closeup of Tomoe's face is timed in actual speed of the video. But somehow the movements felt slow in GIF, so I made a second one with faster hand movement. You decide which one is to your liking.

Well, I'd like to request an avi. In the beggining credits of Vision of Escaflowne, it has The Escaflowne and Sharizad dueling. Could I get an avi that has 3-4 seconds of that?(not sure of exact timing, but it's in the intro, sorry about that)

This one was quite tough for two main reasons: a)camera movement b)credits covering part of the battle sequence.
Anyway I tried to create the more decent result I could :x

I also made an attempt to give it a loop, but that damn column, and the moving background didn't help with the result.

There's a jerkiness here and there, I know, but I did my best for the source I had (italian original dvd with a lot of credits >.<)

EDIT: Alternative version, height size reduced, more frames used (but the problem of looping remains):

Yes. You just need to equip the Scan ability.

if possible an avatar from the ending of eps 64 and over, the beginning where these 3 little things start moving behind each other...like clock wise or is it counter?idk....

so thats what i need, if possible to make it loop so you cant see when it starts over
