The story is a bit too haphazard (does not feel like a straight story, but often just like episodic one, which it shouldn't in this case) and the MC character changes from chapter to chapter according to what the author wants to write. Also, the lottery ticket numbers are wrong.
Seriously, he talked for several chapters about how 300silver gets him 1 ticket, after getting the discount ticket it is even 150silver, yet later he buys slaves for 15 000silver (should be 50 or 100 lottery tickets depending on whether he used the discount ticket) and when he goes for the lottery he says that after buying the slaves and some land etc. he has finally 20 (not even speaking about his income becoming few times bigger than in the beginning, him killing many monsters and people and that he sleeps with woman few times more and yet the number of tickets he gets seems to fall down, but at least this he can say is just bad luck)... Don't write exact numbers if you are not gonna uphold them.

Also, it is quite strange that he has not gotten the splendid (read as "anyone with at least 2 brain cells can come up with this") idea of training his basic stats. If he has an ability that makes all his stats 777x stronger, yet clearly isn't 777x stronger than even a normal soldier, some short training might help (training yourself from bad condition to normal is much easier than from normal to high class) and he even has the ability to get rid of the bonus on some statt for a while.

There was even a chapter about how he has trouble with 777x increased libido. I don't think it works only when he wants.
