o_O and me being 12 has nothing to do with anything....it's just that I don't have stuff like PhotoShop or something....I once downloaded it but I was crap with it and it made my computer slow that I had to restart it every single time >_>

You might want to try GIMP then, it's open source (so free) and it's supposed to be quite good.
I'm personally using PhotoShop Element (legal) and I never had a single problem

As for your new avatar, it's much better IMO ; you get a 8/10.

Edit: the characters mean Rea, like this pic is saying.

9/10. About the letters it says Rea in katakana, i'm guessing that's the characters name...

I like your matching caption, as always, but this particular GIF doesn't really appeal to me...I just don't find her blinking that interesting at all and rather notice her frowning eyebrow more.

Ayame: Harry Potter fanart! Yay~! And a very, very cute one at that. However, the image is a little too sharp and a touch grainy... and it lacks a border. 7/10

Thany: As with all of your avatars, I love this one. The blue border is a little bit overwhelming, but still nicely done and very clean-looking. 8.5/10

Shay: Very, very clear (yay for clearness) and very simple. If it weren't for the rather nicely captured blinking, meh. 8.5/10

7thMethuselah: Hot, bawling chick (Motoko?). Hawt. The picture's a little grainy, sadly. 7.5/10... for hotness... and a grainy image that would have otherwise given it a higher rating.

Naruto fanboy: Yeah I know what you mean, it's only temporary till I make a new leet avatar that will own all! Not by fancy border or some sleek text (Which I personally think looks crap in avatars) But from an awesome scene!

You see I have only ever used either still images or gifs from my anime series folder. But I just realised I have an anime movie's folder as well.

Anyway yours; not the best of scenes, but you have done well making it look decent even though It doesn't loop. And it's Naruto which is a plus with me so I'll give you an 8/10.

I prefer just focusing on Nyu, but I guess you were trying to make it less of a wardrobe malfunction by including Yuka. Too bad I didn't get to see what matching user title you used. 8.7/10.

Not much to say; it's a simple loop, but it's cute. 8.8/10
