The only one I'm worried about is Yuki. She's already locked out of the Aquamarine race, but I want her to at least maintain a perfect record.

Naquato Yuki's path the the Aquamarine necklace: -Beat Mio -Taiga beats Misaka -All three of Hitagi, Ushio and Ryou win while Chizuru loses -All three of Hitagi, Ushio and Ryou win while Yuki has a higher VD than Taiga. -Two of Hitagi, Ushio and Ryou win while Chizuru and Mei lose and Yuki has a higher VD than Taiga. For simplicty I'm assuming no ties and that Isumi can't beat Nagisa, Nodoka can't beat Ruiko, Kurimu can't beat Nagi and Saber can't beat Shana.

Well, Horo does have a chance of beating 2008 ISML winner Fate Testarossa, and if she does, that win will shock and reverberate throughout the moe tournament world as it can interpreted as changes in what people view as moe. Fate can be considered as remnant of the original moe tournament factions which dominated the tournaments for the last 5 years, while Horo can be viewed as forerunner of new school of factions; Horo's win can mean sort of changing of the guards. Horo fans have tough task ahead of them to achieve this. The following is what I think is needed to have Horo win. Just accomplishing one of the following would be enough, and though it will be hard, it is not impossible.
1. Someone go massive Horo ad blitz IN CHINESE. It is extremely hard to win without Chinese support these days. 2. People go and find all the Horo voters in the past, either in KBM or ISML, and urge them to vote for Horo. Horo isn't the 2008 KBM champion without reasons, and since this match is close, just having 90%+ voter turnout among Horo voters may be good enough for her win. 3. Somehow find 1000 more Horo voters in countries outside China. Having some new Spice and Wolf fans joining the fray will help out, and if a 1000 more voters for Horo can be found, why she might even have a chance against mighty Shana.

Oh Wontaek you crack me up...If only 1,000 voters were gettable. Believe me, I've tried. ;-;
And the hardest task is attracting strictly voters who have the same preference as you without attracting others that don't. If you want 1,000 Horo fans, you're technically going to need to bring in way more than 1,000 voters to have the desired result. Also, no more China please.

1) I don't speak Mandarin, so... 2) I don't really have any connections; all the people I know who are even following this are already involved However, news today of Season 2 being dubbed and the strong sales of the L.N.s and manga by fans trying to force a 3rd season of S&W could help her here as well... I'll just have to see how it plays out.
