That Kazekage died? The exact chapter would be nice a description of what is happening at that time would help also.

Spoiler for Manga Spoiler Obviously:

Basically the the chapter has:
- Homura and Koharu (the two old people) asks Jiraiya to become Hokage, to which he declines and nominates Tsuande instead
- Orochimaru converses with Kabuto regarding their failure and Sharingan
- The Sand nins found Kazekage's corpse along with his two others
- Kakashi waits (omfg?!) outside a snack/drink shop for Sasuke and notices two mysterious cloaked figures inside the shop
- Asume and Kurenai apporach, followed by Sasuke; about the same time the two cloaked figures disappear...and the two Jounins follow them
- The two pairs face each other, and one of the cloaked figure flashed his eyes
