The REAL episode 9 discussion thread [spoilers]

Shinji should have reappeared several episodes ago.

He was more involved with Haruka's awakening in the game whereas he seems quite apathetic in the anime.

Err, well, it's nice to see you guys agree with me on the hair. Personally, I think Mitsuki should opt for a sporty ponytail. Her hair looks like it weighs too much when it's long. Something right in the middle would be great.

But that happens in Mitsuki's route too.

The doofus is going to get ill as a result of health negligance, and Mitsuki is going to nurse him back to health.

And as said before, there certain things forshadowing a Mitsuki end, in fact, a new one just popped out in episode 9.

Are you sure about that? Did they blatantly show that?

And if they intend to follow Haruka's ending, why is she hitting rock bottom NOW, and not much later?

Isn't it far TOO EARLY? Considering how close they are following the game timeline.

They may of CHANGED that one element from the game...

Like you said they changed/added some things to make the anime unique from the game...maybe making her go back into the coma would be too complex for the length of the anime?

But I for one think they'll be more twists until the very end

If only I was an anime character...I'd kill Takayuki...and take Haruka and Akane for my self...someone else can have Mitsuki I wouldn't touch her with a 10 foot pole, Taka has used her too much.

Mitsuki only slept with Shinji after she broke up with Takayuki and after Takayuki screwed up his last chance to redeem himself.

The current Mitsuki doesn't have any reason to do so. Doing that would be SEVERELY twisting her character.

If they do intend to follow Haruka's end, events such as these should occur in episode 13

Who knows *shrugs* maybe the director took some poetic licensing...and decided to give us all a screwed up ending

Well, they didn't show that, yet, but it will sure ocurr in ep10.

And it's not too early, only more 5 eps to end. Maybe some Akane plot and flashbacks.

I doubt it, they're following the time line closely.

I believe episode 10 will be about:

Takayuki gets ill due to health negligance. Mitsuki nurses him.

Takayuki still has a high fever. Mitsuki tells him to rest. He concurs.

BUT.... he lies anyway, and goes to visit Haruka despite Mitsuki's concerns about his health.

He accidently meets up with Mitsuki at Haruka's ward, who scolds him for being such a doofus; all while pretending NOT to be his girlfriend. Haruka notices some strange vibes from Takayuki and Mitsuki.

And these events lead to other events which you already know will happen.

bahh too many contradictions.

I will forever hate this series if a) Takayuki Doesn't hook up with Haruka or b) If a doesn't happen, Takayuki dies.
