Touma came in with about 10 girls with him, and Index was too shocked to see him with so many girls she forgot to be angry at him.

Ie, some random girl he met and then came home with him. Even Index commented on how that girl wasn't someone from Touma's usual incidents.

Index's really has alot of faith in Touma for returning... At the same time Necessarius don't really seem to care where she goes now because they still have the last remote control...

For some reason, that one line alone gave me reason to believe Kamachi must be high on some special sauce in Hawaii when he thought up of the storyboard for this volume

And I swear alot of the 4th wall was being broken... Including lines like, “Wait! Wait just a second!! This is my scene! If you’re going to do this, do it later!!"

Birdway (...Seriously?) further reinforce my impression that she'll be that one character that would make all the fan's Christmas wish come true...
