OH my god can everyone just drop the Charlotte glasses for once Out of the 5 girls, Houki was clearly the one ahead. For one thing, she wasn't dressed slutty (yeah I said that ), she was very traditional in her approach, she did not invade Ichika's private space, she was the only one who gave him something he liked, and when the 5 of them reacted to Tatenashi's scene, only Houki was shocked, the other 4 went yandere, and most particularly, she was the only one he went after

Sure, I liked pantyhose Cecilia (she isn't Cecilia without them), Tatenashi's scene was very nice (poor girl, getting shoved like that ), I had a huge laugh when Ichika said do-not-want to Charlotte's cookie, Laura's was a bit of a surprise actually, I think her XO watched one too many Japanese game shows

But the key thing I thought was amusing was the roles they chose to do, and that's why I like Houki's the most. Hers had a housewife vibe, and she was embarrassed about this being her first time dressing up, she was very much in following the rules, it's no wonder why she went first Cecilia was more of a Casino Girl, Charlotte Soapland (!), Tatenashi = Stripper, Laura was more like a Game Show host, and... poor Rinny

But that's the 5 girls. Chi-chan was definitely of a higher class, so I didn't include her in the above assessment, because she was truly the best for last

ALL ROUTES LEAD TO HER "Don't say a word or I'll kill you" ? Heck, I will gladly say "CHI-CHAN" and glomp the heck out of her, if that is my death, SO BE IT, for the glory of the Incest Strategy, I'd pay gladly

On an unrelated note, I want Tatenashi to introduce me to a girl who is a little quiet. Next ep, please? Please

Ahaha, already guessed he'd pick Chifuyu-nee for the winner. Is his denseness a result of being a repressed siscon or he's just naturally prone to missing the point? Of all the girls I'd say Houki, despite going first, was the least aggressive in her advances, and her intentions were probably the most pure, and that's saying something.

Cecilia and Charlotte can probably vie for the closet pervert medal. Tatenashi doesn't count because she's being quite open in her teasing, extreme as it may be. She might be finding it her life's calling to mercilessly tease Ichika as far as she can.

They really took the entire episode for the fanservice though, and didn't move the plot one bit, if anything, except the part near the end.

5/10. Don't have much to say about this fillter episode. Although I could imagine Ichika doing all five girls at once in my fic, while Madoka bursted in and showing her Yandere side.

Anime Madoka is really a Mayadere now...

As much as I'd like to hate Ichika, half of me can't because he is just a simple guy. He only see's things on the surface, Cecilia's and Charlotte's scenes being the perfect examples, what he thought was a simple game of 9-ball and tasting some hand-baked cookies, wasn't all what the girl's really wanted. He was normal with Houki because it was just that, tea, and for Chi-chan, her being older, he already knows not to defy her

That's also why I didn't really at the end when he was pondering why they were all mad at him, again, he's a simple person, he probably thought Oh hey, it was all a bash for my birthday, why were they upset celebrating my birthday

I'm not defending him though, because I don't think I could ever be like that, a simple person I just think these episodes aren't as poorly written/executed as some viewers are making this entire series to be. Although I haven't read the novels. But like always I treat anime separate from their source counterparts, so less hate and more fun

I feel pity for the girls with Ichika choose Chifuyu, but I feel sorry for ling for her role stolen by Tatenashi, but I don't think Ling can do anything near Tatenashi filrting, I mean it's refreshing to see her being the only girl who break his dense-head, if Chifuyu has rival it would be Tatenashi, she and the other girls should prepare for that...

Given Madoka's speech at the end of the episode, I'm guessing she's is Chifuyu's real sister that was swapped with Ichika when they were kids, meaning Ichika is adopted. Boooo, more fake incest.

So it seems Dan, Utsuho and Honne got completely cut Damn, I know Dan was filler but cutting of his hang-out with Ichika at the festival was a bad choice in my opinion. We're already well aware that Ichika's denser than a brick of cement, so I would've preferred to see him, Dan and Rin hanging out. With Dan as a third wheel Ichika and Rin tend to have a more free-flowing conversation rather than Rin beating the crap out of it.

For an episode that was pretty much 98% filler, 2% plot, and a whole lot of fanservice, I was honestly quite entertained .

It did make for a nice "IS Halloween Special" of sorts with all the girls dressing up in costumes .

Houki as a fox priestess was the most wholesome costume of the girls, but I thought she was still quite cute with her ears, tail, and embarrassment. And her outfit exposed just enough to give her some nice sex appeal. She was also on her best behavior towards Ichika, serving him as kindly as possible, which is nice considering she's been quite yandere this season .

Cecilia though . Bunny girls are often the best, and that was the best game of billiards I have ever seen! My opinion of her has certainly shot up after this episode .

Charlotte made for quite the alluring French Poodle. And it was quite funny that she of all people was the one removed for lewd behavior

Laura was the weakest of the bunch unfortunately. She's a great bunny girl, but pales in comparison to Cecilia. And I wasn't quite sure what she was really trying to really achieve with the darts, though she did get hijacked by Tatenashi before she could finish. I wonder if Ichika actually kept the swimsuit ?

Poor Rin didn't even get a turn, and even if she hadn't she still would've lost because of Ichika's weakness to breasts . Not that I don't find a girl running around naked with just a cloth covering her quite appealing .

Tatenashi stole the show as always . Though I am interested in finding out more about this girl she wants to introduce Ichika too, likely the girl in glasses from the opening.

As much as I knew it was coming, I can understand Ichika picking Chifuyu. Seeing her in a maid outfit was quite a sight to behold, and it goes to show just how much she really cares for her brother that she's even willing to do that on his birthday.

M is Madoka Orimura? And her line about her being Ichika has me intrigued about the true family dynamics of the Orimura family.

On a side note, I can't help but laugh at Tatenashi backflipping when Ichika slapped her away in a panic. Either he's really strong or she's really flexible.
