If I recall right, I'm pretty sure there are only a few official ones. There's one of Konata, Kagami, and Nyamo all made by Movic. Oh yeah, and the Kagami pig one.
There's also the Lucky Star & Macross Frontier plushies coming out from Banpresto too.

Yep they're pretty hard to get.

She's Kagami's teacher, she may have appeared in the anime once only in the ending, but she is often in the manga and the old D.S. games and Akira FEARS her. Probably since Akira in vol.1 of the figure set is the secret they made her the secret of the 2nd vol.

And yes there is no Ayano figure as of yet in my knowledge.
