Well to be fair there were people supporting an incest coupling for Nunnally and Lelouch, so it isn't strange that Rolo would get that same "love". Though it does seem overboard dressing Rolo like a woman, it screams "We're doing this for the Fanservice only!".

I should have made it more clear, but I was referencing to his clothes. The kid is wearing 'please-do-me' shorts that looks like a skirt, and I think he also put some yellow tank top over his shirt as well as the weirdest vest I've seen.
Granted, Lelouch wears some weird clothes, but he strangely can pull it off (sometimes), but Rollo just surprised me with this picture. Edit: Also, I'm not sure about this, but I think he put his cap on his phone, which makes his look even more ridiculous given his getup.

I dont think so, as far as I know only CC (not sure yet of Suzaku) knows the real answer to your question. And refrain wont work on CC, maybe on Suzaku yes. But if its a dead party wouldnt it be nice if Euphemia and Shirley also there? and if its on a dream world it maybe the world of c also, but its clearly not
Lelouch Lamperouge wasnt listed as dead, so that guy on the magazine scan isnt a dead man.  this are the last few scans which are officially credited as Lelouch Lamperouge  Even in this pic (he is wearing the Emperor outfit) the guy stated in the scan is Lelouch lamperouge.     Lelouch Lamperouge and Lelouch vi Brittania Look at the spelling of each in Japanese, the guy on the pic is Lelouch Lamperouge which is clearly not on the dead list not Lelouch vi Brittania. That's just keeping it vague for no reason at all. The creators said that Lelouch was dead, even if he was alive I doubt Suzaku would be willing to party like that with Lelouch considering everything that happened and he's forced to wear that mask until his death. Or why would Suzaku be hanging out with C.C. either? He barely knows her and she vanishes at the end while he's stuck caring for Nunnally.
