Do we know when the first announcement of the three will be release?

At this point any talk about those supposed 3 announcements is a waste of time. The announcements themselves are dubious in the first place since there wasn't any official confirmation of them; even in the source which revealed them.

But the 10th day of every month is around the time the anniversary website updates its news section. Dengeki updates its site with LN releases on this day as well.

Its been over a year since I last updated the "A Certain Unified Calendar" on BT.

Its finally time to reveal the updated version for September 2015!

Correct for all currently released LNs and manga chapters.

Where do you guys get news on this kind of stuff? Like do you guys go on a Japanese website for announcements? I don't follow LN/Anime releases religiously, and just take them as I go, but I really want to know about NT 14. I'm not sure if news about it are already out there, but I know that Kazuma is busy October writing another series. Did they announce it for November or for a future month already?

Pretty much yeah. A few of us can read the words, although it doesn't take much to understand "volume 14 announced!" .

There's a system to this though- the first initial announcement would come 2 months before the release, which would have a brief synopsis and the release date.

1 month before the release, we'll have a more detailed synopsis and the cover illustration.

No point asking any more than for these specific info.

I'll leave the details for others to unravel but one quick takeaway from this is that Zashiki-Warashi Volume 9 is releasing in December. And Kamachi novels are releasing in January, February and March 2016!!

Remember that Kamachi was basically putting out volumes non-stop for a whole year? He's going even further beyond.
