i read till volume 6 web novel and only Satella like him and Echidna is only intersted and use him for her own benfiet and other witches doesnt care about him and only cause of Satella they interacted with him

i would say till now Saubru harem are Satella and Emilia and Rem and Beatrice and Petra

Having Isekai characters spend an arc returning home and dealing with the problems there has been done before in shows as old as The Vision of Escaflowne and the first Digimon TV series. I know I'd be very interested in seeing such an arc because that way we get to discover just what made Subaru a hikkikomori in the first place and whether or not he can use his newfound courage to confront his problems at home rather than just hide from them like he did before the series started.

Not to mention it would fit in rather well with the title of the show in a way.

Yep, about 30% into the arc. He's got them back as far as the latest chapter goes,

Considering how Subaru was at the start of the story it will be a repeat of much heartbreak and suffering for him, it was a long road for him to become a better person and a true hero.

The amount of suffering through these catastrophes kinda remind me to Okabe from Steins;Gate 0

However, it kinda feels like that episode from season 1 where Rem comforted Subaru through about 10 minutes (literally) a bit empty. How close is the current anime to the latest light novel?

The latest light novel would be in a season 4; we are currently on season 2.

By contrast, when season 1 was airing, the anime had pretty much caught up with the light novels. It just didn't include the ending of that arc, that ending was instead the start of season 2.

Does anyone know of Subaru meeting Echidna?

Can you imagine Subaru obtaining power-up form after the cost of his own humanity later in story? I think sometime ago someone drew Subaru with Echidna features (mainly her skin color, hair color and her eyes). It was awesome and scary.

im not keeping up to date with the latest anime ep but its not an issue as im up to date with the english release of the light novel v13. just how does the web novel deviate most of the time from the light novel series? i cant bother to read the web novel, mostly as web novels dont exactly mach LN versions and i got enough books of other genres to read most of the time.

Most of story is the same including the major plot beats but there some minute differences, some more significant than other. None of the changes affect the overall plot so there is no need to worry about it.
