Very nice.

I'm assuming it's stars in the background. Here's what I would do for the stars. Reduce the opacity to almost grey out the stars, then go over a handful in a different layer (maybe in made-up constellations?) to make them brighter than the rest.

The only other nitpick I have is... wow. Those chicks are really thin... but I guess that's what happens when you're on a liquid diet!

yea i know. It wasn't meant to be top notch quality since im still learning photoshop techniques. Anyway, this is like my 5th cg ever and im still trying to discover my style ;0

I know I remember him now, he was the fame weirdo showing off his "cool" Neji drawing and then tell everybody their art sucked.

ok, i spent the past 2 1/2 days doing this.
Completely changed my style this time and my line art is cleaner!!! (thx to the pen tool and lots of tutorials) unlike the last time I tried hand inking.

I have to agree with Raxial here, this pic has much cleaner lines, and you've done a really decent job on the hair.

the only point of critique is maybe that where the red tanktop thingy ends, and the purple skirt/dress thing shows, she looks really really really skinny. Other then that, great image.

yea thx for the tips. I tend to draw girls on the thin side, must be the shoujo i watched in the past haha. And i finally found a good use of the pen tool for shading believe it or not. Its probably the best way to simulate actual hand strokes for clothing depressions and highlights without a tablet.

Love your latest work especially, really awesome! There is one little thing that bugs me though. The bottom of the girl's right palm doesn't curve right for where the fingers are, it flares out a bit too much in the picture.

Either way keep up the good work, this last work is MUCH better than your earlier stuff, you are definately improving
