Err this manga was always fanservice heavy but really at this point the fanservice has replaced the plot, it's like the roles are opposite. Become the main focus again plot it gives the manga focus if it lasts a while.

A guess on my part as to how chapter 14 goes: Power-sucking girl dominates, loli-pres and ninja just barely holding on. Then the evil-mage basically starts exploding from the inside because she can't control Arata's power. So he copies her magic and sucks it out to save her. She falls for him. Jealous reactions from the harem.

yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking.... that's how things usually are on this kind of manga... well.... I read them also for that reason

The main reason I want this to happen is that she would totally troll everyone with her advances on Arata.

Though the other development I can see is a less cheery one. Evil-mage girl made the mistake of bringing up his cousin. Considering the look on his face, it wouldn't really surprise me if he finally snaps and goes berserker rage on everyone, and his Grimoire has to take his cousins shape to calm him down.
