In the latest chapters, Romio and Juliet visited Romio's home with Juliet disguising as a boy. This is when it was revealed that Romio's mother and Juliet's father dated during their school years. In Ch 55, Romio's brother came home and this happened...

Personally, I don't think Char is a great character. Hasuki is a different story though.

Char is the character that I'd remove in a heartbeat from this manga, the usual lesbian friend who treats like shit the protagonist and always gets a pass. Hasuki on the other hand is very cool, too bad for her this is not her story but it's Perucia's.

Spoiler for Spoilers: In Ch 44, it is revealed that there were a White Cat boy and Black Dog girl that fell in love with each other. Their relationship was kept a secret but they were found out and everyone was against it. They ended up being expelled from school and never met each other again. At the end of Ch 53, it is revealed that the Black Dog girl was Romio's mother and the name of the White Cat boy was Turkish Percia (don't know if it's Juliet's father or uncle).

But looks like Romio's mother supports their relationship since she was in the same situation before. Next chapter we'll find out why the brother is so fixated on the family name. I'm surprised the brother finds out already cause I don't think the series has even reached the halfway point. I wonder who could be worse than him.
