Hi.

Positions Needed: Anything
Projects in progress: gravion Zwie, Bakuretsu Tenshi, Naruto,Samuarai Champloo [1 other but id rather not say]
Projects planned: Samurai 7, One Piece, and whatever a translator would want.
Fansub: Anime-Infinity

Hi, we dont NEED anyone, but we would like to fill a few gaps so people could be focused on 1 project, if they are doing 2. We would also like perhaps some backups for projects. The way we work is in cells, so each project has its own coordinator and staff, so we want 2 more teams pur together for One Piece and Samurai 7, so for those we do need some people. If you can help in anyway, pm me here, or at the anime-infinity forums [www.anime-infinity.com -- you can also put a topic under recruitment section and just say you seen this add from animesuki] or you can add me to MSN --> chillaxinex3@hotmail.com if you do add me, please tell me how you have my email so i know who you are.

PS: to the person above, Pm me the RAWs, I could perhaps get you some, I have people with distro access to l33t and wgr.

So...starting a group is good and all...but...you currently have no positions filled? Not even you can do a job? What you listed as needed, is basically every job in a sub group.

I can help out with editing, but theres not a high chance ill be a full member, I can help out occasionly if you need it. If you can't find a good encoder, I can also do that at times (if Im not busy, again don't count on me).

As said above, you've pretty much got nothing right now. It would perhaps be in your interest to join up with another group (*coughwecanalwaysusehelpcough*), learn how things work, make some connections, and then try again once you know some people. If nothing else, you'll probably pick up on enough to do everything short of translating yourself. Sure it doesn't make for fast releases, but it's nice to be a jack of all trades at times.

Thanks for the advice. I've found a group to do a joint project with, but I wanted my own staff first. I don't want to heavily rely on the other group.

I've edited my post above now I only want a editor, typesetter and QCers.

Also, I've now registered an IRC channel, if you want to help me out go to our IRC channel, irc://rizon.net/ifa-fansubs

They might hate me for this, but I'm pretty much a permanent fixture in #totan. I know they are having a few problems and could using some help with the addition of a translator. They are releasing excellent quality subs of Monster, and it is the only anime they are dedicated to, so if you're a translator and would like to help out with this great group/anime, head over to irc.chatsociety.net and join #totan!

This request isn't for an anime group actually, but it's a call to anime groups that would be willing to do a joint (and I'm specifically asking this towards groups that did the anime) for the Wolf's Rain manga.

I'm not going to spend too much time about quality on our side, I can assure you that it's equal to other big and decent manga groups out there.

All we need is a Japanese translator able to read/translate furiless manga. The textload is pretty small and no difficult language is to be expected. The scanning, cleaning/texting will be our job.

I can be contacted at Ishinda@pandora.be btw.

Thank you for you time.

Translators, edittors, type-setters, timers, and encoders needed

The Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Fansub Project could use staff of all positions ATM, though the movie has yet to come out or have an announced date, so anyone who applies must be willing to work when it comes, god-only-knows-when.
No IRC channel yet, since it's a fansub group doing only one project, it seemed a little peculiar to get an IRC set up while Square-Enix is still changing release dates.
No knowledge of the game that is the prequel to this movie is necessary, though such might be helpful. Only the edittors really need to have knowledge of the game's events, so as to best make sense of the movie. =D

Translators especially wanted, for both the initial translation and later quality checking. See website ( http://ee2.domaindlx.com/kaiserchan ), which will be later moved onto a domain, when need arises, for further details.

Out of all the positions currently filled, translators are most of what we have right now, though due to the shifting release schedule, it would be best to have extra of everything on hand, considering that not all people might be able to work on it during the summer, or once school starts, etc.
