series just started airing, you can assume that if when they are not even half way through the series that no announcement for a soundtrack has yet been made, no one knows when it will be released, no one knows the tracklist yet and you cannot find those songs yet either

I need help in identifying the background music from Code Geass season 1 episode 2. It starts around 7:40 seconds when Lelouch tells Kallen to jump on top of the train to get away from Jeremiah aka Orange, and it ends around 9:20 when Lelouch finishes talking to himself.
