Sometimes Mary feels like she is the MC of this series. She even got her own Nemesis now who wants to kill her after this devastating one million lose. xD
That was a great battle though, her observation and knowledge and ofcs Suzui's trust in her won them the game. The two -Bamis with their "talk with no words" and poison tactics were overwhelmed, the game really was lost to them once the cards were dealt and Mary knew Suzuis cards. Her declaration to become president is like a challenge to Yumeko, who loves nothing more than that, as Yumeko does not want to lose as that would mean the end of gambling over votes. Now the twin sis of the ex-president would want to even more be allied with Mary after that cool one million rise and certain victory. Ofc the mocking the shamed enemy just made it all the more delicious to watch. <3

I don't think so. Her character is too conventional for this series. Only a twisted character like Yumeko can carry this show.

Still, it's nice to see Mary getting some spotlight from time to time.

The term you're looking is deuteragonist, Mary was a rival evolved and now with Suzui shared the deuteragonist spot, Yumeko is the lead and MC, suzui is the POV Characther and first deuteragonist(but more flat that mary)

Mari is basically the Vegeta of the show, which is nice because she's willing to do the things the main character isnt.

Loving the chemistry between Mari and Suzui, it really didnt feel too long ago since he was forced to be her pet lol

Batsubami really does seem like the white sheep of the family. I guess it's a good thing that she has the ability to take a neutral position in this entire conflict.

Mary and Suzui worked well together. It's sort of easy to forget that he started this series as her pet.

Those girls never stood a chance. Miyo is a bitch, I hope to see her beaten even harder next time.

Yeah, but she got the bargain bin Nemesis.

Suzui, OTOH, is trying to become a cheap harem male lead. Not sure how useful that will be.

As say before this series would be better without Suzui at all, mary could have worked as the POV characther and rival for yumeko but seems since last season they slowly are improving suzui but still..he is just the POV characther for this series.

So of 3000 chips 726 already are in hands of the top ten...a third of all those....seems this will be a nice race

Midari-chan trully knew how to provoke her own friends, specially yumemite

Nataly kawaru is trully an actress,being able to ghost so well.

Yeah yumemite forgot how hard is this and that yumeko don't give a damn.

Gotta say that Amazing Grace singing was pretty good, I thought for a moment they took an american singer for this role.

The Vice Prez is so cute, so frikking cute! I can see people shipping her with strong-willed Mary to start going her own path apart from her twin sister. <3

First round is lost, two more to go. Never underestimate an Actress.

Somehow this second season is loads more exciting than the first one!

Imagine having cousins that are all this crazy, except maybe the dog girl

Yumeko was already crazy enough, then you get these other cousins with torture devices and poison on them!

We've also got too many unknowns, one of which is the vice president who I think is working for the president, but I don't know what they're planning for now.

If you'd ask me the biggest twist might come from the butler Batsubami.

Suzui's presence is still essential, as he's the normal guy in all of these, in a school where everyone else can pass off as a lead in their own series

Saotome's story is also very interesting, especially after she declared that she's gunning for the presidency, and with the vice-president following her around it might be possible for her to win, although realistically she might just end up as one of the top 5 before the likes of Kirari or Terano crushes her, or she's forced to help Yumeko again because of some emergency.

Best new character IMO is Totobami Terano, though we haven't seen more of her yet.
