This could have some potential.
The story is certainly different and unusual. Yama got himself an interesting, unwanted roommate. This anime is starting to grow on me. It certainly got me interested. I will be watching this. Hope it gets even more interesting with every new episode!

Wow. This is really fun! The visuals are great, the characters are adorable, the setting is interesting, the MC is fun... it's all looking good! Also that Terraria reference. I never expected to see an indie game getting referenced in an anime. Never.
Anyway, wow Nanana. She's adorable... and strong.

The city reminds me of AC a bit, but slightly different.
The fanservice is a little excessive at times, but the premise is very interesting. I'm definitely loving this show; it's very well-done and interesting. I can tell I'll be annoyed by fan-service later, but that I'll also love the story, so it should be interesting. As of now, I hate the MC's personality. I think he's interesting/well-done, but his perverted antics kind of piss me off. The one good scene with him (being him) was the one when he was wondering if he should dislocate his shoulder or not. Well, that beginning scene and ending scene convinced me to keep on watching, so continuing to watch, I shall. |

Probably not NoitaminA worthy, but still better than most series this season. This first episode feels like a proper VN prologue, so that probably helped. I hope the author focuses on the more interesting direction in the next 10 episodes.

While I'm glad I'm not the only one who got reminded of this, I don't think Nisio was the influence Quote:

I actually found out about this series through my search for mystery LNs with the spin-off starring Ikkyuu Tensai (a freaking badass/clever name I might add)'s spinoff story (Tensai's Reluctant Deduction), which was a fun read, so I have decent hope for this. Also helps that Ono Yuuki and Tanabe Rui's in this. I'd always thought this type of role fits Ono Yuuki more than his other prominent ones ever since I remembered him from Kyou no Asuka Show. |

Saw a picture of Nanana somewhere, had a little bit of time and decided to give it shot. And was impressed by the first episode, won me over rather quickly. I guess I'll stick with it. MC, although a pervert, doesn't seem to be your average densehead and rather okay. Nanana is adorable, both visually and personality-wise. Won me over in a matter of minutes. Somebody mentioned the danger of overdoing the amount of things and I agree. For the first episode this was excellent, but I hope the show won't try to to engage into too many things at the same time. Visuals are excellent and I like the seiyuu cast.

5000 yen is actually 50 USD. Or do you perhaps mean the yearly amount?

By the way, am I the only one who was reminded of Strike the Blood when the introduction of that island happened? Man-made island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, an island specifically created as a Demon Student District, accompanied by top-flight research facilities.
