1) The guys aren't taking advantage of this, or...

2) They haven't been caught taking advantage of this yet, if they have been taking advantage of this.

If they are in a female body, perhaps only curiosity remains, since "natural arousal" is hormonally less likely. It's interesting to see how the show plays this stuff. The situation is basically unrealistic, since body and mind are totally interdependent, in my opinion -- if not actually one thing. But that doesn't mean this isn't pretty fascinating, anyway. I look forward to seeing if the transformees' new gender affects their way of thinking/acting when they are in that other body.

Only out of academic interest wouldn't either want to have a first hand unbiased opinion about how another body feels at least foreplay, well rationally a lot more

How often in life do you get to experience sexual arousal from the perspective of the other sex's body?

In fairness, I can also see why the girls might be curious to explore this when they're in a guy's body. In fact, it would be pretty funny/ironic if the girls were to act on this when warning the guys not to.

In the manga B girl made a comment that she compared the two sizes of the guys. Of course it's hard to tell whether she's joking or dead serious.
