Anyone going this year? I've got everything reserved except my tickets (gauds, I gotta remember to do those soon. ^_^;; hehe.) and my costume should be done soon too. Also, if you're coming and haven't gotten a room reserved yet, do it soon. Hotels are already filling out quickly. The closest I could get a hotel was 2 miles away. Everything else is full. Should be a lot of fun when all is said and done.

(if this is a dupe, please merge with any other AC2k6 threads. Search said there wasn't any though.)

Well, technically I can't either, but I'm splitting the cost with someone else, so it's a lot cheaper and just slightly within budget.

ohio, indiana, illinois, missouri, kansas are all considered midwest by pretty much everyone on the east and west coasts. go bible belt....

but anyway back on topic

i've pre-reg'd and have friday off work, so i plan on being there.

You going to be cosplaying or going plain cloths? I'm planning on going in costume, assuming that I can get it done before then. It's going to be tight.

Well, just got back from Acen and I have gobloads of cosplay and other pictures. Over 200 some odd I think. heh. As soon as I can compile them, I'll post them.

Ok, a complete writeup of the con is posted here. I'd post all the pics and my writeup of the con here in this thread, but it's too huge with WAY too many photos for this page. So just click through and you'll see them. I got something like 154 photos of just cosplay alone.

And yes, I'm a day late posting this. It took a bit longer to organize the whole silly thing than I expected. Oh, and while you're reading the writeup, check out page 5 for a dose of uber cuteness.
