In this episode we reached LN territory but at the same time is still a mix between the LN and the VN + anime changes.

For example Theo and Lise relationship in the VN is showed in this way:
-Theo wants a family, and he look at lise in that way.
-Lise is the one who wants more than just a brother.
-In the end nothing happens and their relatioship stay in that way.

Then we jump to the LN:
-Idem about Theo but in this case he's not too complicated about doing something risky for the people he loves.
-Lise is the one who's with high incestuous tendencies, she loves Theo and wants to become his woman.
-In the end their relationship still platonic in some way... while Lise is always trying to take advantage from any opportunity.

Then the anime did this:
-Theo doesn't even bother about the fact that he's fucking his own sister even when they aren't directly related by blood like a direct brother or cousin. Still a very incestuous relationship.
-Lise got the D and she's the one who doesn't give a damn about the blood or the problems related to what is she doing with Theo (a.k.a sex).
-Their relationship went right to the point, showing us in the most direct way how Theo have sex with Lise and then jump right into the Katia ship.

Basically we're not in the VN or LN story anymore, personally I don't know what is going to happen from now on.

Unless their aim is to prove how much of an asshole THeo is. xD

The only thing I preferred on the anime from what I have heard from the novel(VN/LN) readers are that it works more on the whole dark elements + BETA.

Actually, Thodore is MUCH more likeble in anime than in LN/VM IMHO (together with Gretel and Sylvia).
