So the German magazin Gamestar could play Civ 6 for 150 hours turns.

Here the most important, new info:
  • Districts: nothing new, but they play great
  • Espionage: spies have now different missions, e.g. reduced productivity or stealing tech, depending on the districts of the city they are
  • Great person: all civs are now racing towards the same great persons. The first civ which has enough points gets him/her. The losers don't lose of all their points and can use them for the next great person
  • City states: nothing new
  • Goverment: different goverments have different focus, i.e. military or economics policies.
  • Leaders: clear hint towards multiple leaders pro Civ: Rough Riders text says »as long Theodore Roosevelt is your leader«
  • Victories: science now has three steps: get satellite into space, get to the moon and mars colony; diplomacy is replaced with religion victory(no details)

must resist preordering

Can't say I'm not excited for the game, because I would be lying, hard. I'm really expecting to play the game. Something that picked my interest is the religion victory, I think that could make religion play a greather role in late game, unlike in Civ V where it only use late game was generally used to buy great persons/building/units, and didn't affected the gameplay too much.

Still, I dunno if I will preorder it, mostly because the normal edition costs almost $70 in my region and the deluxe almost $90 (money excange rate in steam doesn't make sense).

The AI use of aircrafts (which have no 1 UPT) is even worse to be honest.

All leaders have practically been revealed now.

Quote:
1. Catherine de Medici - France
2. Cleopatra - Egypt
3. Frederick Barbarossa - Germany
4. Gandhi - India
5. Gilgamesh - Sumer / Ur
6. Gorgo - Greece / Sparta
7. Harald Hardrada - Norway / Vikings
8. Hojo Tokimune - Japan
9. Montezuma - Aztecs
10. Mvemba a Nzinga - Kongo
11. Pedro II - Brazil
12. Pericles - Greece / Athens
13. Peter - Russia
14. Philip II - Spain
15. Qin Shi Huang - China
16. Saladin - Arabia
17. Teddy Roosevelt - America
18. Tomyris - Scythia
19. Trajan - Rome
20. Victoria - England
Apparently civs in Civ VI can have multiple leader choices like it was in Civ IV. Greece has Pericles (Athene) and Gorgo (Spartan Queen), but it seems it's the only one right now with possibly Spain also having two leaders to choose from in the base game with Isabella and Philip II (but Isabella might be planned for a future DLC).

Harald Hardrada is the other leader which wasn't found out yet and he leads Norway (vikings).

It seems that Poland isn't there yet in the current build and might possibly be just planned for a DLC.

Montezuma and Gandhi are the only carry overs from prior games that I recognise off the top of my head. Is that right?

Pedro II was also in Civ V: BNW, and Victoria was a leader in Civ IV.

Gilgamesh, Pericles, Peter, Qin Shi Huang, Saladin, and Victoria was also in Civ4. German also had Frederick but from a different time period and from a different national entity
And this Frederick also means we won't be getting the HRE as a Civ like in 4, or maybe they'll put that in as Austria like in 5?

I thought it was strange that they had "leader bonus". It was the perfect setup for multiple leaders per civ. Great to see that it's a reality.
