Lyner is Tiara puppet, like most people.

From this point on, sometimes the POV will be shift to Northfy and Ragne too.

But Kanami? You know he is still useless even now.

This week's chapter... what did I just read.

We often criticize the isekai novels for being self pleasing and self insert... but Tiara played this to a whole new level.

Harem Girl A "Hey MC, go play with my self insert character and enjoy my self pandering ficition so the self insert character can die for my sake. Oh, and while you do that, I am going to make Harem Girl B mine."

Also, how long will this brainwash arc last? I hope it ends fast i really dislike brainwash stuff.

It starts to wear off around chapter 4 (LN vol 8) onwards although Kanami doesn't regain his full memories so quickly

To question 1, yes. That's them.

To question 2, this is isekai harem, so yes, a good number of girls love Kanami.
Not just romantic love either. And in regards to a couple of girls, their "love" will make you roll your eyes really really hard.

Kanami and Rastiara are each other's one true love.
The fact they are each other's true love, and the why & how behind it is actually a super important.

Why they kiss? The reason behind is one of the biggest spoiler in the final chapter.
Everything that occured between Kanami and Rastiara has a reason why befind it.
The answer to that is in the final chapter. And it is the most off putting.

Final chapter as in the Final Chpater that is on going in Narou right now.

Before I move on to the spoiler. I want to say this first:

This novel functions by completely flipping the reader's perception and expecation on the plot in a 180 degree upside down.
Each great reveal in the story will tell you what you've read so far is not what you believed, and all your understanding will be shattered with what's underneath the surface is epxosed to you.

So reading spoilers ahead of the time hurts the enjoyment of reading this novel more so than the others.

Like my first read of the novel. My impession on Kanami and Rastiara's relationship in early volumes is just the simple "ahaha, the author is being so obvious with his shipping, what a standard harem novel development." "Rastiara fell off into the water and she couldn't swim? And Kanami as to breath air into her mouth? Oh my, the author is not even trying to be subtle."

But after the reveal in the final chapter, I only feel absolute disgust and contempt at the how and why of everything that happened between those two.

So knowing this, do you still want to know about the spoilers?

How they meet, all those oppertunities that made them fell in love, and even their oath of love, everything and everything happend because the masterminds made it that way. Some of the development between these two are too convenient ? Of course, because the master minds are pulling their strings all the time. On top of that this whole story is like self gratifying web novel to one of the master mind, and Rastiara is written as one of the master mind's self insert Mary Sue. And why does Kanami and Rastiara has to fell in love? Because Kanami's curse as one of Those who Stole the Natural Law is that his one true love must die. Until his one true love dies, Kanami will continue to stay in debt to the "world". So the master minds set this all up to create a one true love, just so that one true love can for Kanami's sake.
