Probably they'll make it in Yosuga no Sora format. Showing women nipples, sex scenes, and such, but censoring genital organs.

Anyway can't really see this being a TV series, and an OVA series would just be way too sure. lol imagine if this was a tv series and it stopped @ chapter 49 (if it's the one I think it is), the overwhelming rage from that and the events prior, lol.

About the anime.
I don't remember if it's a manga or a anime but i remember a story where our hero have sex for the first time with a girl who is really a lesbian at first.
But he have a strange mark (or a tatoo) who give him power.
If he have sex with a woman, the power disappear.

if Nozoki Ana is confirmed why don't we attempt to convince on anime series of Nozomi to Kimio.
A little lighter on the ecchi but same premise.

As for a VA ,could we get Sakurai Harumi?

First because her voice is quite a turn on ( see "Anejiru the Animation" as an example) and with roles like Yuri in Angel Beats she's shown she can do more than just regular H anime.

if it's an ova series then i don't think it will be possible to cover the over all seriousness and dramatic things in the manga, because all the relation of the people shown in the manga is necessary to bring out the serious and dramatic side of the story

In a perfect world, this manga would be adapted into a movie-series like Kara no Kyoukai to get rid of all those nasty censorship.

2-hour long movie for each volume/tankoubon.
