Did the glasses guy just indirectly told Toru that Koyuki love him and Toru just didn't seem notice it or he just pretend to be an ignorant?

and LOL that Koyuki cried not because of Toru....

Is Tomita's Iris even "known" by the group? ----- In fact I think that outside Koyuki, no one has gone out of their way to explain how their iris work.

We, as the readers, know, of course.

It wasn't realy anything indirect, everyone in group knows she likes him already (Touru included).

Yes, they were pretty much knew each other Iris, except the Death one. Plus, in chapter 11, Kuga explained Tokika's iris ability to Toru right in front of him.

Recently I've decided to reread this series. Now I notice a small detail in chapter 29 that later explained in chapter 30.

From chapter 30, Toru said this thing the Sakura-senpai a.k.a the key-iris or the mysterious glasses girl that actually the previous student council president (if I read it correctly).

Toru: "Shadow sift as the sun goes down. I can clearly see someone moving in the shadows of that tree.".

Now, back to chapter 29, you'll notice the sudden change in Toru expression in the top left panel. That's it. That's when Toru notices Sakura-senpai's shadow.

This series is pretty good at dropped small hint that maybe foreshadowing future plot.

Now, this things made me feel a bit curious about a few small detail I notice in the past chapter. Especially the thing around Asahi and her interactions with Toru. For example, when Toru choose the phone strap present for Koyuki, there are strange reaction coming from Asahi (chapter 24: "The thing that doesn't overlap"). Well, maybe it's just because previously she interested in the same present, but is it just only that? We'll see. I hope I just too much reading into it.

Looks like this month chapter is a 8 pages special (with something for the shipper in all of us).

Iris Zero still keeps this cycle where some chapters are unnaturally short, and others unnaturally long.

I just hope the short chapters as of recent aren't any indications of this manga getting axed. This could seriously use an anime adaption to help promote the manga.

Btw any ideas on which North American publisher might license this series if it ever happens?

Well... that was before Iris hunter arc coming right? Now after a long ride, I can't see anything that would shaken Koyuki x Toru ship. Except theirselves and that new girl.

I did say it was sunk long time ago, didn't I. Generaly I dislike character like Koyuki, but I don't mind her as she is written here, so at least I don't have to hate this pairing...
