No, the photo novel isn't over yet. The site just hasn't updated since July. It does however end in two chapters.

Manga ended last month with an epilogue chapter confirmed for the volume release.

I certainly hope that Sunrise is able to make this series into an anime version as it looks very good.

All but the new grail look good. The new grail looks really bad. With a blocky new head, only 4 swords instead of 12 and the new swords are too small and too wide compared to every other weapon in geass and it looks like it needs to put the two swords together to make a sword as long as a MVS/Steel Schrortter Swords. Meaning that it can't fully use and Sword Harukens if its using its swords since Oldrin likes to duel wield.

Are you sure? I have some doubts that they announce a big event on the media only to be a rebroadcast. Maybe it can be like Kiseki no birthday, an event that includes a picture drama with the characters 10 years after the end of R2 (this idea is only a guess of mine). But maybe, it's only just a rebroadcast announcement, I think that we'll have to wait to the event in November 27th to see what's this about.

...umm, you're still way off the mark. There is no rebroadcast mentioned in that link.

It's the announcement of an anniversary event, 10 years after the original broadcast.

I certainly hope for a remake of R2 that was based on the initial episodes being produced before it was dropped due to the production change. In retrospect, the creators should have made a 2-part recap on the first season instead of altering their original plans for R2...

However, it's likely that we'll see Code Grass: Oz getting made into a TV series before a remake of R2 occurs.
