TripleZerox is translating DxD. You can find the translations at zxzxzx.info.

Volume 24 is still being worked on, though. Not completely translated yet. Be warned.

Oh. I'm quite new to this series. I was under the impression they released translated versions on the release date. This is actually my first manga series.

And Highschool DxD is not a manga, is a light novel. It does have manga but it was baser from the novels to the novels are cannon.

It seems like only mods and bots can create new threads in the DxD section. Regular users can't.

"Can" is the ability to do something; I think "should" is the word you're looking for...
