When its done. Writing this novel is just the author's hobby, so you really can't make any predictions about that.

Maybe it won't be that bad. The Lovely Complex movie wasn't bad, granted that was the only live action adaption I saw but it entertained me at least

A 3. It's pretty much non-canon with a made up story line with characters not acting like they should and a "villain" who must be someones cousin because the dude can't act for shit. You feel dirty the entire way through and the lighting makes it feel like you're watching a bad porno.

Did you watch it on Japan? Since I don't see the movie anywhere I'm just curious since Haganai has some of the best girls in anime, I want to know how bad this is myself so I can have a first hand experience on it since its marketed along with the franchise

I caught it when visiting family in Japan. Gotta disagree with you about "best girls" Haganai is 6/10 in my book and only caught the movie because I happened to watch the anime some time ago, the only reason I still care is I want to have closure and will probably forget it as soon as the final volume is released.

As a stand-alone film, it does not follow the similar storyline found in Hirasaka's work, or in other related media.
According to an interview, Takurō Oikawa - the director of the live-action Haganai film - stated that he, alongside the cast members of the film has not watched the anime of the series to ensure originality and to appeal non-fans of the Haganai series.
