A TV anime adaptation of Negi Haruba's manga series "Go-Toubun no Hanayome" (The Five Wedded Brides) has been announced

Synopsis:
Fuutarou Uesugi is a poor, antisocial ace student who one day meets the rich transfer student Itsuki Nakano. They argue but when Uesugi realizes he is to be her tutor, he tries to get on better terms. While trying to do so he meets four other girls.

As I said in the manga thread, I will only accept this adaptation, if one seiyuu voices all the sisters. Candidates that I could think of that a wide range are: Ayane Sakura (who also did the CM), Nao Toyama, and Eriko Matsui (when she did 6 voices for Castle Town Dandelion's Misaki)

You know, they asked Ayane Sakura to voice all 5 in CM, so they could do the same for the anime. It's not the first time for her to voice multiple characters in one series. She did so in KanColle.

I never said that she couldn't. I am just listing examples of seiyuu I know that have a wide range that COULD be used in case Ayane Sakura is not available.

I think maybe they should also recolor some of the siblings hair to be the exact same color to make it more convincing.

White ribbon = Nino.
Earring = Ichika.
Hair color = A mixture of the quints' shades.

It simply comes down to the author's intentions.
Is he purposely not hiding the key features, the bangs as the most prominent one, because he knows we would think it's a misdirection, but in the end the answer was simple based on the appearance of the bride, or it's the misdirection route, where the bride could be anyone, even if she looks like the high school version of another quint with accessories from different quints.

Her take on the quints from the manga PV was spot on IMO. Roll with these. I especially liked her take on Miku.

Just read some of the manga. The premise combined with the lack of fanservice is a very positive thing for me. I will be checking this one out when it premiers.

Well, good job. The anime is ruined for me before it is even aired. The fact is that ALL 5 sisters SHOULD have been voiced by ONE seiyuu. Yes, it may be hard, but THAT was what makes the sister impersonation part CONVINCING. Also doesn't help that Ayane Sakura liked Miku the most out of the 5, yet is only voicing Yotsuba only.
