Personally, I think both Suzumiya and Koizumi are bisexual, although I believed that it was stated somewhere earlier in the main Seitenkan topic that Suzumiya wasn't... As for the rest, well, Kyon basically screams at the readers in "Charmed at First Sight LOVER" that there's has no interest in the same gender, Asahina really has no friendly interaction with others of the same sex, and Nagato, well...

I won't even touch that one, lest I incur the wraths of various fanboys/girls

As a sidenote, it is a pain in the ass to try and keep everything gender-neutral.

Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if Nagato was asexual. I have a friend who goes as far as pointing out that since she's an alien, she's not necessarily female.

I don't really see Koizumi as gay. To me, he could just be messing with Kyon. Because that's the kind of thing I'd find fun.

Also, recall from 'Charmed at first sight lover' that Nagato admitted being a little disappointed that her 'great admirer' hadn't been affected by her, but by perceiving her connection with the Thought Entity? She didn't start out human, she isn't human, but she's slowly developing emotions that are comparable to a human's -- that's kind of the reason for 'The disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi', after all.
