People can only skip if they have already seen the scene.

This game requires you to play the first week many times to fnish it (at last 11 times, if I count correctly). Forcing people to see it every time is jsut annoying.

Subsequent playthroughs should have altered green text in the beginning that can't be skipped.

...In portuguese the word for "skip" is the same for "jump". Which make that phrase even more amazing to me.

However, in portuguese they are the same word.

(useless clarification. There are at last two words to jump (as there are some other similar in english: hop and leap), but the most common ("pular") is both "jump" and "skip". Also, it is not all "skip", "skip" in "skip a commitment" is another word.)

Oh, well, I didn't know that. So my comment was pointless, as "skip" and "kangaroo" was suppose to be a bad pun, even in english.
