Nope. The esper I think in to aru verse is well welcome by the japanese government. Well they only exist in japan to begin with. I haven't heard any other research facilities that train espers to begin with and unlike the mage world where they are all around the world with their own religion to back them up. If the esper has the politicians and government behind their back. The mages mostly have the believers and churches on their sides.

Well nothing much to say. It was clear it would be a fanservice episode and it was a fanservice episode....They could have at least made it a Christmas fanservice episode or something to fit the season.
Well having a beach episode is a must nowadays especially if all the main characters are female, that is if one wants higher raitings and more money so... |

Man, I'm late for this discussion. Ah well.

Yeah, it did feel a little odd. Even more so after Kuroko chose her swimsuit... That's... a pretty unfair policy. Even on your days off? And the punishment for breaking it is probably having your neck snapped... Adorable reaction is adorable. Academy City's scientists spare no expense when it comes to middle school girls. Lolicon? THIS! IS! SCIENCE! Isn't holographic technology wonderful? ...What. ... 2009 A Space Oddity. The holographic technology broke my brain, but the filler had enough cute moments that it wasn't that bad.

The thing is that sites like ANN often indicate an incorrect episode count at the start of a run (they base their information on incomplete broadcasting schedules), so when it turns out that a series spans 24-26 episodes instead of 12-13, people begin claiming that a "second season" has been approved or that the show has been extended beyond its intended length. |

I though railgun is originally intended to run for 24 episodes. So what's the fuss for it to run longer than 12-13 episode? did they think it will only run for that long ( I'm also one of those that originally think its only up to 12-13 but someone cleared it waaaaaaaay before its intended to run 24 episodes )
