PvPing gets you PvP gear, by far the best gear for PvP in the game, and almost as good as the best PvE gear. Top ranked PvPers also get a skill that changes them into a PvP raidboss, and they can go stomp the other faction's bases.

After playing this game for a few days I can honestly say I am badly hooked.

This game has a beautiful environment and a addicting play style

I've been playing too, got my Templar to 17 and honestly I rolled it because I enjoy playing tanks but man at this level I can't tank to save my group at all. Even healers pull aggro so easily. It's really difficult to hold aggro on multiple mobs. Debating leveling a mage -> spiritmaster instead.

And you know what .
LIKE 20 min - 1 hour + for the queue omg .
Come on NC soft need more servers ...
Well , they said there will be 1 server in north america and 1 in EU but its not enough ...
1 in EU . EU = FR , DE , EN ... so , which country will got the server ???
and they need to fix some problems too .

Did you get to the Abyss? I found it pretty boring and standard MMO fare too(still standard on a WoW level mind you). Then the pvp started, it's so much fun. It literally is pvpve. xD We where questing, ganking, pvping, you name it. Oh it felt so good to run from a zerg and then kill off the greedy ones who run in too deep. Haven't had this kind of feeling in a while and I'm lowbie too.

To be honest it's your choice on server selection. My server has no que what so ever. NCSoft actually decided to listen this time around and is trying to fix it. Though the majority of the fault lies with the community where everyone is choosing the same servers. It's not like they can just raise the server cap. Have you ever seen a MMO do that without a major patch?

Actually my server had some of the larger north america queues and now that personal stores are on a 30 minute timer, no queues at all. I was getting 3 hour queues all week before that small patch.

No I didn't get to the abyss, its mainly just because the game isn't distinguishing itself to me. I put that somewhat on the effect that other then my one WoW friend that made me roll on his server, I know no one, which isn't that fun.

If I where you I'd find some friends/legion to run with. This game really isn't fun without a guild or a group of friends.

Just saying don't give up yet, you paid for a month anyhow.

Well not really .
In FR there are 3 servers who were already filled in the release so even if you choose another servers you have the queue .
Now the news . Finally the new server in EU is DE .
Not good for the others countries . If they make one more in FR then there'll be no queue .

And Warhammer did a lot of servers when the firsts were filled .

Playing US servers so don't really know the situation on the EU servers. I can't really blame NCSoft doing the things they are doing. They'd rather have a few overfull server compared to full servers. You also have to remember the server cap will raise along the course of the game, because the population will be spreaded out. Not to mention people will play a lot less over the weeks, since everyone is grinding hardcore the first few weeks it' ll change soon. In the long run the servers with these crazy que's are the servers which will probably the ones that last the longest.

Yeah warhammer did have a lot of server which ended up pretty empty.

No worries if the situation is as bad as you say. They'll do something about it. They're just a bit slow on the decision making.

Edit: Well it seems they are going to release a new server each for all the languages they support.
