But didn't Takuto identify Kanako by her voice and Takeshi by his stance once? Concerning Sugata, it looks like he was standing towards the back until he revealed himself (so, harder to make out) and Takuto and Wako probably weren't expecting him to show up there/in such a ridiculous outfit. Heck, Takuto took one look at Head and immediately figured out that was his dad, I think he's actually one of the more observant characters in the show.

Since in each episode it was revealed who was a Crux member a little bit of mystery for the audience wouldn't be nessecarily a bad thing. This is the only aspect of this anime I have disliked and noticed it in episode one

I can understand the three main characters having trouble identifying them but between th emembers of the Crux? The only two that knew who each member was is the Head and Keito. Everyone else is "shocked" which is just a bit ridiculous.

When did this happen? My view of it is that if you suspect another person is in the organisation you do the secret society symbol that only secret society members would know - then you use simple deductive reasoning with why you thought that person was in the society and work out who they are. I haven't seen any contradiction to this theory.

e.g gg subs 8:49
Guy does sign
"Glittering Star"
Keito replies with sign
"Glittering Star"
"Third section Bougainvillea's representative, Ivrogne, I presume.
"Camel Star from Vanishing Age"
Keito then goes on to explain she's aware of all the crap Camel Star has been up to.

No magical knowledge, just simple deductive reasoning.

There is Magical Knowledge because otherwised they would have done "Glittering Star!" to some random person and they would have went "WTF you talkin bout Willis!?" but of course they didn't.

I thought Takuto was surprised Sugata changed sides, not that he was KING or whatever.

Still, soon will be the last time we will dazzle the stage...feels bad man.

The play has come to the last climax.

Beauty for this episode with which was executed lies within the tribulations, and silence that Keito was burdened since her first childhood interactions with Sugata.

Oh here we go again open endedness! If there is a sequel or some sort of continuation I would like to see

A. A sequel where the reminisce of the ancient galactic civilization comes to earth clam the power of the Mark.

B. A prequel about the the ancient galactic civilization.

Whose with me?

Not like I was fond of the show prior to the final episode, but still.

The episode itself was awesome.. but why is it that people these days are incapable of writing satisfying, conclusive endings? It is getting on my nerves to see things left hanging like that in every goddamn show I watch.

Oh come on it sure it may not have been the most ideal ending but it was still descent it could've been much worse...Bones could've ended it at ep.24 and left us hanging for lord know how long...
