Well, she's right and he knows it, if he wanted to end things peacefully it was as easy as taking the girl to Anti-Skill and explaining things to them, that way the Skill Out delinquents would not only stop following him but be dealt with due to the evidence. Sure, they would question him on why he is carrying a naked little girl around, but at least that way he wouldn't look like a suspicious pervert running through the city and might have even come out a hero.

Touma is carrying a naked girl who might be the final boss of this part, and I laughed at his remark of Mikoto making several points.

Only now I realize how much I missed this. Welcome back, Index, and let the crazy ride resume.

Touma has actually grown a bit, since he's at least realizing this earlier than usual.
