Sounds like you're looking for CMS suggestions -- in which case we can't really help you. As Sylf said, the site currently uses an "in-house" / "built-from-scratch" / proprietary CMS and torrent spider system devised by GHDpro himself

. And knowing that won't help you as it is very much optimized for what it does (i.e. finding and listing torrents for anime) and it isn't open source / available for download / etc anyway

And before you ask, as far as we are aware GHDpro has no plans to ever make it open (and really, what would be the point?).

Not sure if anyone else has CMS suggestions, but a look in the Technology section of the forum might be a good start...
