Are you serious. It wasn't false hype then. Can you say more?
I'll try to answer this as well as I can, since we don't have a lot translated right now.
Spoiler for BIG SPOILERS:
It seems that Choronzon was always inside Laura's body. I can't really say the specifics for sure, considering I only have 2ch unconfirmed spoilers to go by, so take this part with a grain of salt: Choronzon has always been wearing Laura's body, and Moina summons it to the surface. This likely means Laura is already dead, and it's just a demon keeping her corpse animated. It's basically the opposite of Aiwass, which is Aleister's holy guardian angel, where Choronzon is essentially the devil of Thelema.
There's a scene where Choronzon laughs maniacally as an impaled Aleister is on the ground next to it. If you do some research on Thelema, a thelemite and their holy guardian angel overcoming Choronzon to ascend is the final stage as a thelemite. This likely means Aleister meant for this happen, and he told Moina to summon it. Basically, Aleister and Aiwass vs Choronzon was always the plan for him to become enlightened.

Rage is not unlike a blade.
Frequent use will make it dull and brittle; it's ill sheen reflecting the wielder's lost virtues and strength. Thus comes the saying that the ire of the calm, kind and gentle forges with vengful fire a fearsome bladed edge. Pray for those whose image reflects off it, for it may only stop through reconcilatory waters or icy voids of the end.

Since this is just a partial translation of a page,
Spoiler:
I'm thinking this will be Touma seeing a flashback of Aleister trying to replicate IB. It's probably near that scene where there's an illustration of him, Moina, Aleister, and Aiwass.
All in all guys, this volume is big on juicy info.

Spoiler for spoiler:
So Image Breaker is nothing more then the The ultimate exorcist’s spiritual item make by Crowley and Touma is just a Normal High Schooler giving his power by Crowley. There just one problem which that how did that power become Touma Right Hand? Touma couldn't be born which it and had to be give it by Crowley that doesn't explain why Touma had Bad Luck that was worse before he went to AC the only time Crowley could of give Touma IB was after he enter the city because remember the first time Crowley was outside his tube and AC was at the end of WWIII or Laura would not of said what she did at the End of WWIII.
Also it doesn't explain why Touma can keep growing back IB when it is cut off, comsume by Fiamma Third Hand and lose it power if Touma had a Right Hand, destory and even bring to a New World by WR but still come back to Touma.
This make me guess that IB is something that was make by Crowley as the The ultimate exorcist’s spiritual item but it more so be using as away to filter Touma true power or curse know as IT like a sink handle IB is use to control how must of IT come out at a time but also keep it under control unlike if someone just cut a sink and the water go everywhere which out control which could make it weaker then if the power is all pointed in one control way.
Also does this mean that all Esper and Magic Power is demonic by nature this would explain why IB could do nothing to Arisa Meigo and even why we did not get to see the Final Battle which Archangel Gabriel at the end of WWIII because it would show that IB could not beat Gabriel and what beat Gabriel is IT not IB The ultimate exorcist’s spiritual item which is going to be needed to beat Laura/Choronzon and fulfill The Slays Demons part of his name.
Also is the part about the mystery Siver Hair Girl name Kurori Alicia who join his class being Crowley Reborn true or could she be the 2 year old daugher that Crowley thought was dead?
I mean even for Kamachi making Crowley go from a guy to a loli girl is weird unless Crowley is just dressing up as a girl after coming back to get Laura/Choronzon to think he dead and beside which how Crowley look in this series he could pull it off if he was younger.
Also is the spoiler about the next book being the last in the NT Series true?

As many people predicted since OT22, Aleister has more than one body.
Can't be defined by a single one, etc. This includes multiple different looking ones for Aleister.
Men, women, adults, children, saints, and criminals. He is all of these people (bodies) at once.
Meaning one of those is a loli, and so on.

Spoiler for response:
AYYYYYYYYYYYY . Sounds like a really bad crack joke, but knowing Kamachi...
He said the moment he stepped out of the Windowless Building at the end of NT17 he said this was inevitable. It's entirely inconsequential that Touma and Laura appeared, to him. There are in total 1,083,092,867 different Aleister's.

This didn't get an illustration, but a worthless Misaka/Misaki thing did

”Hey, now. I told you so many times. That Aleister Crowley does not question success or failure. If I succeed, good, if I fail, I learn from it and move forward. That is my Plan founded on Thelema. So why do you become complacent from winning? True, I was unable to uncover the secret of Laura and Coronzon. You could say I failed the moment I soiled my hands with damned magic again. But did you think that simply because I failed to reach an answer and got outmaneuvered, there would be any change to the course of events I put in place???”
”………!?”
Pop!! There was a wet bursting noise.
Yet even as one of them crumpled and expired, the moving colony stated their challenge.
””” ‘The Plan’ has failed again. I’ll give you this cloister, and Academy City.”
Those staggeringly frank words.
And then everything was reversed.
””” In return, I shall claim your toys. All the states in the English Commonwealth… and the main castle, the United Kingdom itself.”
In short we're getting an England invasion arc.
Also Laura is actually one of Aleister's daughters, I believe it's Lola Zaza
