Haven't heard a peep from the anime sales but it doesn't matter since if the manga keeps selling well(and they are) the anime sales don't matter since it's just a glorified commercial anyway and the studio already has it's money.

If the article itself didn't convince you it's a joke, then how about reading the "About Us" section.

I doubt even OPM would get the otaku's out of their holes.

Well, OPM had actually made me exercise, only pushups and tricep dips though. I was able to do a straight 90 Push ups and triceps before my muscles started to really feel it and in total I did 130+ per day. The most I did in a day was 400, but that was also the day I lost motivation due to the muscle ache

Well for me I tried it for a week and it was a little too easy, except the 10k since I have a bad knee so I switched it up to 20k on a bike, but then again I've been an athlete most of my life, the first time I read the training regimen I did a spit-take and laughed my ass off.

For me it was the bit where Otaku's actually leaving their caves to do physical exercise, I was like "wait a sec something's not right here...".

In the webcomic she does. King comments once "I saw her panties" and there is even a few panels where it's visible. The manga version though have yet to show it and some of the images at dangerous angles make it seems like she doesn't. Same for anime.

Speaking of Tatsumaki.... checking out the volume 10 extra, I like how it sort of further sets up the conflict that took place in the recent ONE chapters, heh.

And also:

Spoiler:

^Gotta admit, that got a good chuckle out of me.

I'm really not feeling all these omake and filler chapters kinda want the anime to end already so we can get to the actual story.

Publishers sometimes put manga on hold or just throw out nothing but filler during anime runs.

Never heard of that. In any case, the manga haven't slowed down or changed anything because of the anime. It's have been very slow paced for a long time before the anime. One chapter every two weeks and sometimes only half of a weekly manga chapter in size plus a slow pace in telling the story with often many pages spent just to show actions. Also the current original content that wasn't in the webcomic have been going for half of this year already and didn't start because of the anime.

Satire is lost on some people I guess that or they genuinely only took the article at face value, though honestly how that bit on Godzilla and the picture they used didn't tip them off is beyond me.
